Tickerly (the "Service") is a NASDAQ-focused information and analysis tool provided through tickerly.uk. By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

The Service provides synthesized market data, deterministic scores, and artificial intelligence commentary. These do not constitute investment advice (see the Disclaimer).

2. Account

You are responsible for creating an account with accurate information and for the security of your account. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in an abusive manner.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Pro subscription is $14.99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled.

4. AI Credits

Pro members are allocated weekly AI credits; additional credits may be purchased as one-time packages. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Tickerly cannot be held liable for decisions made in reliance on the content or for any direct or indirect damages.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated to users.
