Refund Policy

The refund conditions for the Tickerly Pro subscription and AI credit packages are set out below. As payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued from there as well.

Subscription

Within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund if you have not made substantial use of the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; access continues for the remainder of that period.

AI credit packages

Credit packages are one-time digital products. Unused packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase; no refund is issued for partially used packages.

How to request

You can initiate a refund from your account page or by writing to support@tickerly.uk. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the payment is refunded to the original method.
